In our completely renovated Vinegar Factory, our batteries of cherry, mulberry and oak barrels, that is the “mothers” of our vinegar, find a home. Some of them come from the long family tradition, while others are the result of a meticulous research among the treasures of this centuries-old wine and food tradition.
