Viola is the youngest of our condiments, aged in oak barriques for at least 12 months.
With a rather bitter flavour and sharp acidity, it is the perfect accompaniment to fresh vegetables, dips, salads and cold dishes. It can be briefly cooked.
Ingredients: wine vinegar and cooked must from local grapes. No preservatives, thickening agents, caramel and added sulphites.
